When it was outside of appstore eand freeware it was more ergonomic, Im missing it. Can you restore it?

If what you need is a simple tool to edit photos or graphs for websites, facebook, etc.. That it!! Great.

This is one of the greatest apps of all times! Combines the basics of Photoshop along with the simplicity of Mac Paint, youll wonder why you waited minutes for PS to boot up when this comes up in seconds and does the same job!

It is a pretty good app, I can do most of the editing that I want, however it still has a lot of bugs and features that are not working proprely. Id wait for the 3.0 version… Also, if youve never worked with photo editing programs before, this one is not so user-friendly, unless you want to waste a lot of time trying to figure out how to work the features!

When I undo an erase, the eraser creates an unwanted outline around the edge of the layer from that point on.

I purchased this apps today but I can not open it. Please fix this issue.

really good app that allows to modify images easily! to give it 5 stars, some minor problem of stability have to be improved

I’ve looked all over for a simple photo editor that has a little more capability than preview, but costs less than photoshop. This is just what I wanted. It has all the features a non-proffessional would need, and it has a very fair price. My only criticisms are that masking features don’t seem to work/are way more complicated than they would be, and that the program runs relatively slow and uses a TON of Ram. At one pont it had used up 8 gigs of my computer, working on one file. However, if you just save your file and open it up again it should be fine. Seriously, an awesome app and just what I was looking for.

Originally a fantastic shareware application, LiveQuartz has been bringing Apple’s powerful Core Graphics developer framework to Mac users for 11 years+. It can take some getting used to and sometimes has a few quarks. Still, LiveQuartz offers very powerful image editing and compositing abilties I have not found elsewhere. A lot of fun and very much worth your time.

I was just looking around for a MS Paint app for mac, and I found this. Not only does this do all the features that you would want from pain, but it can do so much more. Its like a photoshop for simple people, that just need to get something done. I love this app, and only for a dollar, you cant go wrong.

it is quick/easy and even i can do it...up to 3 yrs ago i was a webtver (from 1996) then onto the macbook and mac-mini...i have photoshop elements 9 but i use this the most...for quick...steady (no beachballs) performance...and i like the "shadow" in filters! I used the free mode up until 23 months ago?...is worth every penny to purchase...thanx guys for making this!

This is a great image editor for quickly creating and editing images with layers. Granted its not Photoshop, but it comes at 1/600th of the price of Photoshop. You can save your work as PSD documents, though. Very good.

Its a really fun and easy to use app, but - it does not have a transparency filter so you cant mesh photos - whatever photo you save on here you cannot open up in a different photo editing app - you cannot set any photos as your desktop background. kind of a waste.

New to the whole photoshop thing, this seemed like a steal for $2. Took about a half hour to figure out and change up my 1st photo. Love the video tutorial.

Very slow program. The video tutorials did not help because the program did not work the same way the tutorials did. I have tried to use the features several times, but I could not get anything to work. A waste of $2, at least it wasnt more than that. I think it also gave my computer a virus. URG. Very disappointed.

It is taking me a little while to learn. However, it has done everything that I hoped it would. I am figuring it out on an as needed basis because, I dont have a lot of time to spend on it. The more I use it, the more I appreciate its features.

So far LiveQuartz has done everything I wanted it to do. Worth the price.

It doesnt have a transparancy function which makes meshing photos a little bit more difficult. But all in all, its a great app for the price. If I want to simply add text to photos, or anything to that nature without a bunch of confusing functions and tools, then this is perfect for it. If you simply want to have some fun with photos you have and arent a photoshop wizard or anything, then you will enjoy this app It also helps to be able to save your completed file as a jpeg so you can use it for whatever you want, even other photoediting apps

This app is great for filters, but when it comes to the paint tool, there is an annoying bug I keep having that ruins everything. Everything I try to do another stroke of the brush tool over an existing one, it creates this strange white gap and dots of colors. If they were to fix this, I wouls rate is 5 stars.
