Great app for manipulating photos

This is a great little app for the money. I use it to augment and manipulate photos, images and drawings. It doesn’t have every tool you can imagine, but it is simple to use and cost effective.

I am not a professional artist of any kind, nor do I work in the world of graphics or art. So please weigh my comments accordingly.
